EV Assembly Plant

Chongqing, China

This expansive facility will be used to create the next generation of electric vehicles. With its annual assembly capacity of 150,000 cars, this state-of-the-art site will be outfitted by Bosch to Industry 4.0 standards, preparing it to easily meet the demands of evolving technology.

We have exacting standards for our vehicles, which is why we have a comprehensive manufacturing footprint. That means everything from body welding to final assembly—including battery pack production—is done by us, on-site. We are investing heavily in the latest manufacturing technology, and outfitting our plants to be as intelligent as our cars. Our assembly shop is highly automated, and our body shop and quality control processes are 100% automated.
